Community Market Vendor Application

The synagogue is hosting a Community Market on
Sunday, November 23, 2025 at 10:00 AM

If you are a vendor who is interested in participating, please fill out the application below!

Prospective Vendors please note the following info:

Set up starts at 8:30am

Take down 3pm (not earlier)

Vendor Raffle at 3:15pm!

Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to the office at office@agudat-achim.org

I understand and agree to $35 vendor fee and a donated raffle item (value of $15)

** Fee will include a 1 table with 2 chairs.

* Extra Table ?

** this will include an additional fee of $5

* Email will be sent out once application is approved - Total Payment due upon approval. Once accepted and paid, a refund will not be issued if you decide you cannot come.

I agree to submit payment upon receiving confirmation email.
